The store may choose to accept or not accept or cancel your order in some cases, for example if the product you wish to purchase is unavailable or defective, or if the product was priced incorrectly, or if it is found that the order is fraudulent. The website will refund what you paid for orders that are not accepted or canceled. If the order and payment are upon receipt, the order is only approved after transferring the shipping fee, which is 60 riyals for the order (30 riyals shipping fee and 30 riyals return fee), and upon receiving the order, this amount is deducted from the total order price. If the customer does not receive the order for any reason, this amount is not refunded and goes to the shipping company as shipping and return fees. This condition is to ensure the avoidance of false orders. Return policy: 1- The consumer has the right to exchange the product provided by the store within three days following the date of receiving the product, and they do not have the right to exchange the product after three days have passed. 2- To exchange the product, it must be in good condition and the consumer must not have used the product or gained its benefit. The store has the right to inspect the product before exchanging to ensure its safety, and the consumer bears the cost of shipping if they want to exchange the product, which is also 60 riyals. The shipping fees paid at the time of order placement are non-refundable. For international exchanges, the consumer bears all shipping costs and the delivery of the product to the shipping company. If there are defects or errors, the consumer will be compensated. The consumer is not entitled to exchange the product in the following cases: 1- If the product was manufactured based on the consumer’s request or according to specifications they set, except for products with a defect or that violated the specifications set by the consumer. 2- If a defect appears in the product due to poor handling by the consumer. Return policy: 1- Without prejudice to the provisions of the contractual and statutory warranty, the consumer has the right to cancel the contract and return the product provided by the store within three days following the date of receiving the product, and they do not have this right after three days from receipt. 2- To return the product, it must be in good condition and the consumer must not have used the product or gained its benefit. The value of the product is only refunded after the store receives and inspects the returned product to ensure its safety. 3- The consumer bears the costs of the return process, which is 30 riyals, and the shipping fees paid at the time of order placement are non-refundable.
